Location: Hybrid. Must be located within 30 minutes of Gainesville, FL.
Employment Type: Part-time.
Salary: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. If you’re passionate about the water and want to be part of a growing company in the freediving industry, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with updating and maintaining the scheduling for courses, training sessions, and events.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
Maintain and organize office records, invoices, and client files.
Assist with event planning and logistics for company activities.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for affiliate partners, apparel and gear inventory.
Monitor and update website content, social media accounts, and newsletters.
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and website management.
A positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
Experience in freediving is a plus, but not required.
