3 Days | 7 Hour classes each day from 10am-5pm
Day One: Classroom / theory study and confined water session.
Day Two: Classroom / theory study and confined water session.
Day Three:  Two open water sessions at a local spring.

Open water locations are based on weather and conditions and thus, are subject to change.

• Classroom session that covers the physics and physiology of freediving at deeper depths.

• Confined water session that focuses on static apnea and dynamic apnea disciplines.

• Open water session that focuses on depth diving in three disciplines (Free Immersion, Constant Weight, and Constant Weight No Fins).

• Fine tuning your technique and body position in bi-fins, no fins, and free immersion dives.

• How to dive comfortably below residual volume.

• Deep equalization and pre/post dive breathing techniques.

• Mindfulness training for freediving.

• Deep freediving safety training and rescue techniques.

• How to safely train for depths and construct your own training sessions.

• FRC education and training.

• Pre-diving stretching routines and diaphragmatic stretches.

• Education on proper diet and exercise for deeper dives.

• PADI Certification Ecard upon completion.

• Access to the Depth Wish group chat.

• If you answer YES to any of the questions on the PADI medical form, you will need to see a physician for medical clearance before joining the course.

• Diver must be over the age of 18 to take this course.

• Diver must be able to provide their own freediving specific gear.

• Diver must be certified as an Advanced Freediver, or have a qualifying certification from another training organization.

• Diver must have an active CPR & First Aid certification.
